He was born 31 years ago in Lagos to the family of Chief and Mrs. Akintunde Sogunle, the Baale of Abule Onigbagbo/Opebi who happens to be one of the Front agitators for what is now known as Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area.  He attended Victory Home School and Bola Memorial Primary School for his pre-primary and primary education. He then proceeded to Government College Ikorodu for his secondary education.

His attended Federal Science and Technical College Yaba Lagos, where he studied Pure Electronics. He went further to the West African School of Multimedia Studies where he studied Computer Engineering. In his search for knowledge and self development he studied Electrical Electronic Engineering at the  Lagos State Polytechnic.

He currently represents  Opebi Ward of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area. Hon. Sogunle is a well disciplined person and also well focused in the discharge of his duties, no wonder he was given the Chief-Whip of the Legislative house.
